What is your product guarantee?
Our store offers only the finest products available, and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service.  If you should have a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately at 510-444-0455.

What are my payment options?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express as payment for orders.

Sales Tax:
As required by law, Posh Baban collects 8.75% sales tax on products shipped to the residents of California.

When is my credit card charged?
With the exception of personalized items, all credit cards are billed at the time of shipment.  For items made to order, your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your order.

How do I know my order has been placed?
We will process your order immediately upon request.  You will receive an e-mail notification once the order has been successfully placed with the details of your order. If you have any questions about your order, please e-mail us at orders@PoshBaban.com or call us at 510-444-0455 for assistance.

How do I place and order offline?
We would be happy to accommodate our customer’s needs.  Simply contact us by phone at 510-444-0455 or send us an email at orders@PoshBaban.com.  Someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website.  If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you by phone first, and if we cannot reach you, via email.  Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items will not appear on your bill. 

How can I change or cancel my order?
Before completing the checkout process, you can review your shopping cart items and add or delete items from your shopping cart.  Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.  If you’d like to cancel your order before shipping, you will have to contact Posh Baban as soon as possible at 510-444-0455 or orders@PoshBaban.com.

How do I register as a member on the Posh Baban site?
Registration is fast and easy, and it's a great way to simplify your on-line shopping. While you can choose to shop anonymously on our site, we encourage you to become a registered member so we can make your visit as convenient as possible and provide you with a faster check out process. You can register as a member at check out.
 
What are the benefits of registering with Posh Baban?
When you create your shopping account with Posh Baban, you’ll receive more personalized service.  You’ll shop faster and will be able to manage your account information.  Plus, you’ll also be eligible to receive updates on new products and discounts.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What are your shipping methods and costs?
We offer three shipping options for delivery within the USA, Standard, Express 2-Day, and Overnight.  We ship all packages via United Parcel Service, Fed Ex Ground or USPS.  Shipping costs are calculated according to total price of item. (see chart below)

◦ Standard Delivery: Orders should arrive at their destination in 5 to 7 business days from when the order was placed.*
◦ Express Shipping: To meet those special deadlines, Express 2-day and Overnight delivery are available for most in stock, non-personalized items. Express 2-Day is an additional $8.00 and Express Overnight is an additional $15.00. 
 

How can I check the delivery status of my order?
At the time we ship your order, we will notify you via e-mail of your tracking number for each package.  With this UPS/USPS tracking code, you can instantly track your package anytime, anywhere at the UPS Tracking Page or www.USPS.

What is your product availability?
We make every effort to keep products in stock or ensure a reliable supply from the manufacturers.  Occasionally, however, we may take your order and then discover that the product is not available for shipping, in which case, we will notify you via e-mail that it is on back order.  If your order will be delayed by more than five days, we will contact you to confirm that you would still like to receive the shipment.  Some of our items are shipped from the manufacturers directly and therefore require additional time for arrival.

Does Posh Baban ship to international addresses?
Yes, though there will be an additional cost, pending on location.  (Contact Posh Baban directly for specific details.)

Can I send gifts to multiple "ship to" addresses?
Yes, we can ship to multiple addresses.  Please follow the directions at check out.

GIFT PACKAGING

We believe that a beautiful gift presentation adds that special touch to any gift and for a $2.00 fee, you can take advantage of our premium gift box.  Gifts are neatly packaged in a quality gift box, filled with tissue, and generiously tied with a luxurious double satin ribbon.  A handwritten card with your personal message will be gently placed in the box.

All gifts will be placed in one box, unless otherwise requested.  Additional gift boxes will be charged at $1.50 each.

RETURN POLICY

As part of our Posh Baban Guarantee, we want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accomodate returns and exchanges within 30 days from the receipt of merchandise.  Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the item was damaged during shipping.  Custom, personalized, and monogrammed items are not returnable.  Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Include your name, address, reason for return, order number and a request for either a refund or exchange.  Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. 

Please return your items via UPS, FEDEX or Insured Parcel Post. We cannot be responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed.  If you are returning a gift because it arrived to you damaged, we will refund your shipping costs.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

POSH BABAN offers custom and personalized items from many artists and manufacturers.  Each product takes a different amount of time before shipping.  This information can be found on each product page.  Please note that these are only estimates and may vary a few days based on availablility.  Your credit card will be charged when we place the order on your behalf.  Personalized and custom orders may not be cancelled.

Monogramming/Engraving:
For most items, monogramming is complimentary, unless where noted in the product description.  In these instances, monogramming will be an additional charge of $7.50.   

(Note: For 3-initial monograms, the last name letter will be centered in larger font, for instance, "Sophia Anne Miller" will be SMA.)

"Baban Bella" Collection of Hand-knit Sweaters & Accessories:
Because these sweaters are so unique and well-made, they are one of our top-selling items.  However, because each item is hand-knit and imported from Wales, supply is limited.  If you see a hand-knit sweater or accessory that you would like to purchase in a particular size and/or color, we will gladly custom make one for you.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.  

Custom Embroidered Onesies & Tees:
Each and every order is individually custom embroidered and finished by a local San Francisco family-run business.  Special attention to detail and workmanship is made to ensure delivery of high quality, unique, stylish and personalized apparel for our special customers.  The line of onesies and tees consist of fresh, clever, fun-saying combined with unique appliques and our customer's creativity is encouraged!  We can embroider your favorite word or saying on any style.  Sizes available: onesies (3-6 months to 18-24 months), t-shirts (2T, 4T, 6T).  Once an order is submitted and approved, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Posh Baban is pleased to offer a specialized "Personal Shopper" to its customers.  Catering to professional or busy people who need to buy a unique baby for their friends, loved ones, or clients, but either do not know what to get or do not have the time to research, purchase, gift wrap, go to the post office and/or send the perfect gift with a personal note, the Posh Baban Personal Shopper service makes it easy.  Whether it's for the baby's birth, a baby shower, a birthday, a new sibling, a Christmas or holiday gift, we select the most appropriate gift and take care of everything.  All gifts are hand-selected and made of the highest quality.  Plus, they come in specially gift wrapped with a satin riboon and a personal note.  Our guarantee will ensure you get the perfect gift delivered that's also hassle free for you!

TRUNK SHOWS

Because of our unique collection of well-made and quality gift items, POSH BABAN is proud to be invited to participate in several trunk shows and special fundraising boutique events throughout the year.  If you are interested in having POSH BABAN as a prefered vendor and showcase its collection of baby apparel and gifts - as well as gifts for mom and dad (including the new Fall BedHead pajamas!), to your next event, then feel free to contact us at info@poshbaban.com. 

In addition, we have been asked to participated at special private events, either at someone's private residence or at mommy groups to showcase our items.  This includes viewing by appointment only the catalogue of BedHead pajamas. While we are currently only offering this to our VIP clients in the San Francisco Bay Area, please contact us if this may be something of interest.
